Water absorbing polymer crystals wrapped by cotton fabric provide a simple but effective cooling mechanism that is fashioned as a scarf or necktie. After soaking in water the crystals expand and provide respite from the heat as the collar cools the circulation and so improves concentration and performance. The product is totally safe, non-toxic, non-allergenic. Refrigeration is not required.
